Relieve From Stress??? You can Do it!


Yah Stress! One of the risk factors of almost any kind of sickness and etc, affecting you physically,mentally,emotionally and socially. When you are experiencing stress it affects your performance in any aspect of you life.. SO? how do you know that you are stress? according to my "Medical Surgical book" the symptoms are
  • Sweating, tingling, rapid or shallow breathing, racing pulse, tension, or general anxiety in response to some change -- negative or positive -- in the environment.

  • Physical illness or pain that develops in response to these changes.
All of us earthlings can be a victim of stress, We cannot avoid stress, But we can manage it, depends on how you handle your stress.

SO? what do you do to relieve from stress? hmm?..

1. By meditating for about 10min. a day it really helps
breath slow and deep then count it 10 times then repeat it again

2.Try to handle situations that causes stress in other words you have to identify cases that makes your self more stressful

3.Avoid hassles. Identify the things that stress you out and eliminate them or prepare yourself to cope with them. Take a day off, that's what weekends are for.

4.take a warm shower (loosens up my stiff shoulder and neck muscles, which usually comes with my stress)

5.go to the spa and have a massage (if on a tight budget, get your gf ^_^ comes in handy, hehe)

6.Sleep at least 8hrs at night (Its important to sleep at least 8hrs at night coz our immune system works overtime when we sleep)
anyways sleep depends if you have a GOOD sleep, even if its just 4hrs then you are all set. but if you have BAD sleep, even if its 8 or 9hrs, it sucks.

7. 8hrs sleep
Emotional Stability ( Stay Positive)
regular exercise
Diet consume at least 15 varieties of fruits & vegetables.(This will help a lot not just for stress but also to prevent some dreaded disease.)

8. SEX IS STILL THE BEST STRESS BUSTER! ( of course, do it when your married or when you really love the person, if not, well... just do numbers 1 to 7)
