Preventing the rise of Stroke
Stroke is one of the leading cause of death in the Philippines and is common in people 65years and above, but the prevalence is getting younger,40 or even 30 meron na.
And if you survive the attack it can lead to a lot of depression and disability.
Prevention will include
The following measures may help prevent stroke:
Do not smoke.-always. Stop smoking it can cause ulcer and many other diseases.
Exercise regularly or move-kung kaya ng lumakad wag na magelevator
Limit dietary intake of salt, alcohol, and saturated fat.-hamburger,tapa,tocino and all the saturated fats that we can eat,pagbata ka pa it doesn't matter,fish and veggies na lang
Maintain body weight within an ideal range.-not a problem for most of teens nowadays like me, kasi nanjan ang gym and nasa we are in a age of Sport activities like basketball, tennis and etc
Use airbags, seatbelts, and child safety seats in automobiles.
Wear protective helmets when engaging in contact sports, horseback riding, or riding bicycles
eat lycopene , That also means pizza is a good source of lycopene. Its good to eat once a month.
