My thoughts about having sexual relationship with your co-workers

For me, I believe in the rule "You dont shit where you eat", meaning no dating with co-workers. Eventhough I havent experienced dating co-workers(because im a nursing student), and I do have an eye on some of em, I still think that fouling your on nest isnt a good idea in keeping a professional relationship with your corporate female assistant/subordinate/superior, no matter how hot they are. But if you have love at first sight well, its ok for you to do the shit. ^_^

anyways it has some good and bad side so here they are

Lets start on the GOOD, you can make sure that the lady your dating is a professional and well-educated. You may also say that you share some interests in common since you are working for the same company. Especially if you belong to the same department, both of you could be engineers, CPAs, lawyers, etc. thus you share a common ground, your interests may be the same. You can also make adequate background checks as you can make a lot of inquiries with her friends and officemates. Plus you can also have an idea of her salary range and her financial capacity. In case your relationship prospers, you can see her everyday (which can be good or bad, depending on how you treat it).

As for the BAD, there would only be an issue when you break up with your girl and there would be a lot of ackward moments when you bump with each other in the office. You may also have a hard time getting over her since you would see her regularly. And if another co-worker would take your place, you would know how fast you were replaced. Also in the unlikely event of corporate dissolution, you'd find yourselves together in the unemployment line, looking for a new job. With regard to bonuses and incentives, you cannot hide anything from your girl... She would know when you would receive your 13th month, 14th month and other perks and financial privileges.

But on the over-all I think there is nothing wrong with going out with an officemate. So long as you really like the girl and your intentions are directed to have a serious relationship that is on a long-term basis. And make sure that the company allows it.

Dragon Ball Z Super Android 13 (Extreme Battle Three Great Super Sai-jin)

Start of the movie Dr. Gero is attacked by Androids 17 and 18; against his own wishes, he has resorted to activating them in an attempt to kill Son Goku and his friends. Unfortunately, they are more powerful and aware than he had anticipated, and turn against their master. #17 decapitates Dr. Gero, and crushes his head. Elsewhere in his laboratory, we see Dr. Gero's blood dripping down into a room with a computer still working hard, hooked up to three more giant capsules large enough to hold a person inside. The numbers on them read out 13, 14, and 15.
Goku and his friends are in the city, all enjoying different aspects of the day out (beauty contest, shopping, eating, the works). Two strange looking beings (a short purple-skinned one with a hat and a large blue-skinned one with a pony tail), both wearing Red Ribbon Army symbols, approach the mall where everyone's eating, and begin blowing things up. They zone in on Goku, and the fight begins.
Goku quickly realizes that they are both Androids, as he can sense no Ki from them. At first, Goku battles them both, with Trunks joining in shortly. Gohan insists that he also leave to fight (much to Chi-Chi's delight, of course). Kuririn thinks that the fight is far above his own capabilities, but Chi-Chi thinks differently. Kuririn wonders if he'll ever get married...
The fight continues, and soon a third being shows up. This one is very humanoid looking, and even has a cheesy baseball cap (with the Red Ribbon emblem, of course). During the fight, Vegeta makes a surprise entrance, as does Piccolo. Each of the three Saiyans takes on an Artificial Human, and appears to be beaten up badly. All three turn themselves into Super Saiyans, much to Kuririn's and Gohan's delight, as the tables seem to turn on the Artificial Humans.
#14 and #15 are destroyed by Trunks and Vegeta. #13 is surprised, but still has a trick up his sleeve. The remaining chips from the two defeated Artificial Humans float up into #13, and he absorbs them, beginning his transformation into a giant, blue, pupil-less monster. Everyone is thrashed by this "Super 13," and Goku is eventually tossed into the ocean. Despite being nearly killed, Goku raises his arms into the air (although he's upside down!), and asks for everyone to contribute their energy. Goku slowly rises up from the ocean, and a Genki-Dama gradually forms in the air above him. Super 13 repeatedly attempts to defeat Goku, but is repelled each time by Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks, and Piccolo. As Piccolo is crushed under the weight of Super 13's foot, he yells out for Goku to show him the true power of a Super Saiyan. Goku indeed turns into a Super Saiyan, but Kuririn remarks that it will be impossible for Goku to use the Genki-Dama with a heart full of anger and hatred (which is necessary in order to turn into a Super Saiyan).
In a shocking (and highly illogical) move, Goku begins to absorb the energy from the Genki-Dama AS a Super Saiyan. Blue energy surrounds both him and Super 13, destroying the ground around them. Super 13 tries (and fails) to punch Goku, who (with a blood-curdling scream) punches directly through Super 13, and tosses him up into the surrounding energy.
Gohan wakes up to see his father sitting above him on a rock, saying, "Yo!"
Back at the hospital (where everyone was apparently brought), Kuririn offers up an explanation as to what probably happened with the Genki-Dama, while Goku laughs and says he has no idea. Gohan asks where Piccolo and Vegeta are; the scene cuts to the both of them, sitting silently and facing away from each other on opposite sides of an ice floe, out in the middle of the ocean. A fish jumps out of the water, and the ending credits begin!

Pokemon Emerald Version Game Boy advance Review

After starting off as either a young girl or boy recently transplanted to a new town, you quickly ditch your homemaker mother to follow in the footsteps of your dad, who is already a celebrated Pokémon master. After being gifted your first Pokémon by local man-of-science Professor Birch, you'll head into the world to fight and capture wild Pokémon, as well as test your might against other up-and-coming trainers. Furthermore, you'll rank up your own standing as a trainer by traveling to different towns and besting the head trainer at the local Pokémon gym. You'll eventually get mixed up in some unsavory business with Team Aqua and Team Magma, two nefarious groups of Pokémon trainers, in addition to going on various adventures and side quests that you'll have to take on as you train and collect your Pokémon. The writing isn't quite as clever as Nintendo's own Advance Wars series, but it still pops and generally avoids the kind of condescending tone that makes most kids games unplayable by people outside the designated age bracket.
Pokémon are a pretty weird, inexplicable bunch of creatures. Their origins, even within the game's reality, are purposefully vague, and despite their wildly varied appearances and abilities, all Pokémon have a few basic characteristics in common. Most importantly, all Pokémon love to fight other Pokémon, whether it's in a head-to-head spar or a two-on-two match. As they fight, they gain experience and learn new moves. And occasionally, a Pokémon will evolve into a sleeker, more aggressive version of itself, taking on a new name in the process. The Pokémon series has always been expertly keyed in to the obsessive-compulsive traits of gamers, so most of the game revolves around fighting with and capturing different Pokémon.
To be clear, your character never actually fights; instead, you'll send out your own Pokémon to broker victory for you. You can carry up to six different Pokémon with you, and each can have up to four different moves, which can be offensive or defensive and can range from straightforward melee attacks to projectile attacks to even crazy psychic blasts. Despite the limited number of moves, the different alignment of each Pokémon helps inject some extra strategy into the combat. Every Pokémon is categorized by type, such as fire, electric, poison, psychic, and so on. For every type of Pokémon, there's another type whose attack is extremely effective against it, creating a nice rock-paper-scissors dynamic. This is a good reason to "catch 'em all."
Though you'll end up spending most of your time either fighting or looking for a fight, there are plenty of other activities. You can breed your Pokémon, enter them into what amount to Pokémon beauty pageants, pick and plant berries that can be turned into candies (and fed to your Pokémon for little stat bumps), and gamble in casinos, just for a few examples. There's a ton of optional stuff like this that helps flesh out the whole world.
Pokémon Emerald's biggest strength is its accessibility. The role-playing-game structure has been streamlined to make it easier to pick up and play for casual players, but without losing the depth that will keep the more committed playing for days on end. Unfortunately, Emerald's biggest weakness is that most hardcore Pokémon players already played through this adventure when it was released as Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. However, it does add some new areas, and it tweaks a lot of minor stuff, like Pokémon abilities and certain character appearances. You can also now use the wireless GBA adapter to link up with other players to trade and battle Pokémon, and using a GameCube link cable, you can put your Pokémon into play in Pokémon Colosseum. Ruby and Sapphire were great-looking GBA games when they first came out, though Emerald puts in little effort to improve the quality of the graphics, giving the game a slightly aged look. It's still very bright and colorful, recalling some of the better SNES RPGs, and the world feels appropriately large. However, the combat sequences can't help but feel a bit too staticky. The music has weathered the passing of time much more capably, and the various town themes and fight music are still incredibly catchy and upbeat.
Players who have already soaked up everything Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire have to offer will probably appreciate the largely subtle changes Emerald makes, thanks to the "gotta catch 'em all" mentality bred by the series, though it's unlikely to do a satisfactory job of scratching the itch for an all-new Pokémon adventure. Still, despite being made mostly of recycled parts, Emerald proves that the Pokémon formula still works. As a result, it remains an enjoyably light RPG experience.

Hanazakari no Kimitachi e ( Romance/Comedy )

The Drama is based on a popular manga by Nakajo Hisaya which already shown in taiwan. the main character Ashiya Mizuki played by Horikita Maki a japanese girl from the US fell in love with the young athlete Sano Izumi (Oguri) compete in the high jump on television. She begins to idolize him, and decides to move to Japan to attend the same school as him. However, Izumi goes to an all-boys school(OSAKA HIGH) were all the cute's and cool guys are, so Mizuki disguises herself as a boy to achieve her dream of being with her idol.

Review: All of the chapters of HNK are so off the hook, They have a amazing cast. Almost all of the segments are funny. Its a great mixture of drama and comedy. Nakatsu is a very funny guy. Ikuta toma played a good role.

flower(Eyeshied21), the single, was their last release of 2007, where Back-on released 2 singles on the same day, which came as a great surprise for many. Smoking is one of the problem that causes globan warming and many lung diseases. Smoking bans are a effective way to prevent any lung complications and heart problems. If smoking will be ban this will urge cigarrette users to quit and stop smoking also to protect non smoking individuals from 2ndhand smoking.

With the smoking ban implemented this will creat more smoking free environment and bring the clean air back. And it will benefit the decrease victims of the 2ndhand smoking.

The WHO says smoking kills about four million people each year, causing a Quarter of deaths related to heart disease and lung complications.
